DESCRIPTION
CityHost are looking for a Client Success Executive to perform a number of duties relating to maintaining, building and scaling up our host relations.
The company has been rapidly expanding and you’ll be part of a team which deal with our clients and hosts to make sure their experience exceeds expectations from getting them on board through to management of their accounts.
Your duties will revolve around time spent in the office and in London, meeting hosts in their homes and ensuring they’re secure and sound about the platform we run.

We’re a fast growing management platform for Airbnb, allowing hosts to effectively manage their properties through our superior service.

- Able to use new-gen technologies
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree equivalent to 2:1 or above.
- Exceptional verbal, oral and literary skills
- Excellent IT and computing skills
